My site is malfunctioning—what should I do?

Please contact Annie Williams through email or call her at (573) 635-9127 (ext. 231). It is highly recommended that you reach out to us first and we will try to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue immediately, we will forward the information to Blackbaud Support.

We recommend contacting us first because we have experience with common errors that may occur in our multisite implementation, as well as a keen awareness of the needs of our individual parishes. We will respond to you as soon as we can.

How do I log in to my site so I can access the Blackbaud Builder?

To log in to your site, type:

yoursubdomain.diojeffcity.org/login OR yoursubdomain.diojeffcity.org/wp-admin

Your subdomain is the part of the URL that is unique to your parish. It commonly includes the name of the parish, location, or both. Example log in URLs:

It is recommended that you bookmark this page in case you become logged out later.

If you're unsure what your subdomain is, feel free to contact us and we will be glad to assist you!

If your login credentials do not work, contact us and we will reset your password or resolve the login situation.

How do I add another user to my website?

We have a new parish website administrator. What should we do?
