FIAT Focus Leadership Update
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our FIAT Focus monthly Zoom call last week! We are grateful for your continued commitment to women’s ministry across our diocese.
Beginning this month, each monthly Zoom call will be followed by a FIAT Focus Leadership Update to help keep important information, resources, and next steps easy to access.
In each monthly update you will find:
- A link to the Zoom recording
- A summary of key highlights from the call
- Resource links for further information
- Graphics and materials you may use in your parish ministry
I hope this format makes it easier to quickly review the information and access what is most helpful for your ministry. Graphics may be copied by right-clicking your mouse. If there is additional information you would like included in future updates, please let me know.

Winter Zoom Gatherings
Please note the Winter Zoom meeting dates listed below. A few dates have changed from those originally proposed due to a very full departmental event schedule this month.
Please RSVP as soon as possible so I can determine attendance and make any needed adjustments. I hope many of you will join us over the next two weeks. I believe you will find these sessions especially helpful for your ministry work.
These gatherings will not be a repeat of our monthly FIAT Focus call. They are designed to be interactive, practical, and discussion-based, so your participation will make them even more valuable.
Please note that these sessions will not be recorded, so I encourage you to attend if possible.

2026 Team Commitment
Thank you to everyone that has filled out the commitment form to continue or not in this ministry. We have received many responses but still have a lot of women that have not responded. Please take this opportunity to fill in the form. It is so much easier for you to fill out one form than for us to reach out individually to each of you to determine your interest. We have also updated our mailing list and are currently building team texting groups. Texting should be up and running by next month at the latest. So watch for your first text to come soon!

April Prayer of the Month
April is dedicated to the Holy Spirit. Consider opening or closing your meetings or gatherings with a prayer dedicated to the Holy Spirit.
Try this simple prayer
Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful
and kindle in them the fire of your love.
Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created,
and you shall renew the face of the earth.

O God, who have taught the hearts of the faithful

4th Annual Spring Pilgrimage

Shrine of Mary Mother of the Church, Laurie Missouri
This is our last walk through the Rosary - we will be featuring reflection's and prayers on the Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary.
Bishop O'Donnell will be opening the day leading us in the first mystery and sharing a reflection.
We will have two talks from our keynote speaker Brook Taylor.
We will also have time for prayer, song, fellowship and adoration.

Book Studies
Next Quarterly Book Study: Endow Study: Teacher of Prayer
This book is a great study for women to start in your parish. Please watch the first portion of our Zoom call to learn directly from the CEO and Content Director about Endow Studies for Women, this particular study and how best to run an Endow Book Group. You won't wan to miss it. See Zoom Call below.
Book of the Month: Surrender All
Do a group or solo journey through this journal starting Palm Sunday. Do 2 stations a day to end by Easter.

Have a book recommendation?
Help us offer the best possible book recommendations. Share you favorite book and we will consider adding it as a book of the month or one of next year's quarterly studies. We are especially looking for books that explore our word fo the year; Joy or are appropriate to the litrugical season we are in.
Service Opportunities
Share service opportunities that are available in the diocese with the women in your parish. Better yet organize a group and participate together!

College Scholarships Available
Help us spread the word!
Applications for college scholarships are now available! Through a generous donation from the family of William H. (Bill) Simon, funding is available to high school seniors or current college students with financial needs who commit to practicing their faith. The deadline to apply is March 27.
