Registration Requirements

• Fill out the Registration Form on this page
• Compile a comprehensive list of all students using the excel document provided in the invitation email
  • Each PSR Program must certify Safe Environment Compliance as Noted on the excel Comprehensive list
  • Send all lists electronically by email to followme@diojeffcity.org
• Send your checks to the Vocations Office at the Diocese under 'PSR Chosen for Mission Vocation Week' by October 22, 2021
