2023-24 - DEEF Verification Report - Form 3- For schools NOT at 85%, with aspirations of moving toward 90% parity, AND UNABLE TO MEET YEARLY REQMTS.

IMPORTANT: Form 3: If a parish/school cannot increase salaries in any given year, or meet the 1% requirement towards the 85%, with aspirations of moving toward 90% parity, it must provide a written statement with supporting financial documentation to the DEEF Board explaining its financial hardship in order to remain eligible for a distribution of funds.

DEEF Verification Form 3 - This report MUST be completed and submitted by August 31, 2023 to insure timely issuance of the DEEF distribution in September, 2023.
