In order to provide proper pastoral care for the Diocese, the Presbyteral Council and Deans ask that each parish record in person and online attendance for all weekend Masses in October of 2025.

The form below allows a parish to record attendance for Masses and/or SCAPs.

Please track attendance or each weekend Mass in October and then submit your statistics by November 15.

The exact process used for the weekend count is determined by each individual pastor/pastoral administrator.  Please count all people (including children and infants) who enter into the church at each Mass or SCAP, with the count ending at or about the First Reading.

In smaller churches it may be simpler for the ushers/hospitality ministers to discretely make the count during the homily.  Also, please remember to count all ministers who serve at the altar as well.  If you have any questions on this matter, please contact Monsignor Robert Kurwicki.
