This follow-up is intended for all marriage preparation facilitators who attended and were trained in 2021. Although not mandatory, clergy and lay certified MPFs are highly encouraged to attend one of the half-day practicum & refresher workshops. The workshops will focus on a review of the basics of Prepare/Enrich, how to interpret and provide feedback, the proper selection of exercises for the engaged couple, and best practices for premarital inventory facilitators. There will be opportunity to practice and do small group work. Participants should review their training manual prior to the workshop, particularly those facilitators who have not yet had an opportunity to facilitate the Prepare/Enrich inventory.
