Bishop Rice will open the Rally with prayer and remarks at 9:15 am, with 1 mile March through downtown Jefferson City immediately following. KOC St Peter Fulton Grilled hot dog lunch (all donations given to March expenses) from 11 am to 1 pm. Youth Rally at 12:15 pm. Ballot initiative presentation at 12:15 pm, and Holy Mass at 1:30 pm at St Peter Church. All activities are on the outside grounds of the Capitol and the Capitol Rotunda.
