Contemplative Outreach of Central Missouri invites you to experience a taste of silent, contemplative prayer and soulful music. Fr. Matthew Flatley, pastor of Immaculate Conception parish, will give an overview teaching on Centering Prayer and the opportunity to practice silent meditation. Kathleen (Kate) Basi, award winning composer & member of Our Lady of Lourdes parish will provide beautiful music and sharing of how she finds stillness in her busy life.
