Bishop W. Shawn McKnight invites you to attend our annual Chrism Mass. This liturgy unites the diocese in recalling the gifts of the holy Priesthood and the most Holy Eucharist. The Oil of the Sick and the Oil of the Catechumens are blessed and the Sacred Chrism is consecrated at this time. These holy oils impact the lives of those who are preparing to enter into the Church, those who are ill, and all preparing for confirmation and holy orders.
