IMPORTANT: Form 2: The amount of overall growth in teachers’ salaries shall be determined by the parish/school, so long as the scale is steadily moving at least 1% towards 85% parity, with aspirations of moving toward 90% parity, of the PREVIOUS year’s local public schools’ teacher salary scale at each step and level.
