Feedback on Essential Formation for the Catechumenate

This form is for clergy and Christian initiation lay leadership who were unable to join one of our diocesan gatherings to review the Essential Formation for the Catechumenate document.

This document aims to cover essential topics for initiatory catechesis to help you in choosing curriculum and/or designing your programs for Christian Initiation. Our goal is to offer a list of topics that need to be introduced during the Catechumenate.

We would like your feedback on the document as someone who is involved in the process in your parish community.
