2025-26 Parish Pastoral Plans

Please use this form to upload your parish’s pastoral plans for July 2025-June 2026. Please also post your plan on your diocesan website in a prominent location.

Please note only files smaller than 3.9 MB can be uploaded. If your file is larger than that, please divide it into smaller files (you can upload multiple files) or contact Helen Osman at hosman@diojeffcity.org. Note: the recommended template suggests a plan should be one page.

    The diocesan pastoral plan, Shaping Our Future Together, and deanery plans are available on our website at diojeffcity.org/soft.
    This explanation should indicate how the councils (not individual members) are assisting the pastor in 1) empowering people to implement the plan, 2) monitoring progress and 3) providing guidance when challenges are present.
