Diocesan Choir for Rite of Ordination
All singers from parish music ministries are invited to join the Diocesan Choir for the Rite of Priestly Ordination of Rev. Mr. Gregory Clever. He will be ordained on Saturday, December 7th, 2024 at 10:00am at the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Jefferson City, Missouri. Rehearsal will take place on Monday, December 2nd from 7:00pm-8:30pm at the Cathedral. If you are interested in singing or have any questions, please contact Dr. Andrew Meagher, Director or Music at the Cathedral of St. Joseph, andrew.m@cathedraljc.org.

Welcoming new Chancery staff
- Dawn Pehle, will be joining the Finance Department as an Accountant, reporting to Shereen Kline, Controller. (Dawn will be replacing one of our retirees.) For the past 9 years, Dawn has been employed with the State of Missouri. Dawn has an Associate Degree in Business Administration and has completed 106 hours toward her Bachelor's in Accounting.
- Chelle Hentges will be assuming the role of Administrative Assistant in the Tribunal Office reporting to Fr. Brad Berhorst. She is replacing Terry Vignola who is moving on to a new role with St. Joseph's Cathedral. For the past 20 years, Chelle has been providing administrative support to top-tier attorneys and organizations in the Jefferson City area. She earned a Bachelor's of Science in Legal Studies.

Preparing for the Jubilee Year of Hope
The Diocese of Jefferson City is preparing for the 2025 Jubilee. This holy year will invite the faithful to embrace the spirit of hope.
The Jubilee Year will provide opportunities to experience grace, including by participating in special Jubilee Masses or joining a pilgrimage.

The Office of the Chancellor will host the quarterly parish secretaries’ workshop on Wednesday, December 4th, beginning at 10:00am and concluding no later than 12:00pm. Pastors, Administrators, and PLC’s are always welcome to attend!
