Bishop McKnight opened the meeting with a prayer.

III. NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER APPOINTMENT
Ben Roodhouse presented the roll of the Finance Council Cheryl presented an overview of each of the final candidates selected from Catholic Recruiters, They are as follows,
John Ferrara
Andrea Greer
Aad deLange
The interview panel consisting of Msgr. Kurwicki, Deacon Joseph Braddock, Gary Wilbers, Bob Hackman, Ben Roodhouse and Cheryl Hertfelder presented their view of each candidate.
The board discussed pros and cons of each candidate, then each board member gave their ranking of the candidates.
Bishop McKnight will take into consideration the opinions of those present.

IV. OTHER BUSINESS
The council voted unanimously to give Bishop McKnight the approval to sell the property of 2407 W Main Street in Jefferson City, consisting of a house on 5 acres, if the sell price meets or exceeds the recommendation of the College of Consulters.
