Catholic Charities of Central and Northern Missouri is seeking an organized, collaborative counseling professional who has experience in staff management and/or clinical direction to serve as the Director of Counseling Services. Ideal candidates possess an understanding of and commitment to the mission of Catholic Charities, leadership skills to bring counseling services program toward integration with existing services and external accountability requirements, and is able to provide/ensure high quality mental health treatment while acknowledging the role of faith in an individual’s journey as desired by the client.
