Administrative Assistant – Diocese of Jefferson City

An experienced Administrative Assistant is needed to support the Vocations and Diaconate Offices of the diocese. This position requires excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) with the ability to take minutes of meetings. Office hours are typically Monday – Friday, however, occasional hours may be needed a few times a year in the evening or on weekends to assist with events and programs.
