Office assistant (floater)
Office Assistant Floater – Exciting and faith-filled opportunity exists at the Diocese of Jefferson City Chancery office. We are seeking a full-time individual with good office skills to assist with clerical assignments, primarily data entry. This position is typically Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and offers a full range of benefits including medical and matching 403(b) retirement plan.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office suite and accurate keyboarding skills of 60 wpm is required. All final candidates will be asked to submit to an on-line skills test. The successful candidate will enjoy accepting different assignments and tasks from various departments. This individual may also be required to greet visitors and operate the switchboard or act as host/hostess preparing soft drinks for on-site meetings.
