Please follow all SPECIFIC SUBMISSION instructions to complete the registration process for your Aquinas Academy student:

Please submit to your local Knights of Columbus Council (Do NOT submit to Diocese of Jefferson City Office)

5. Complete the Aquinas Academy Student Registration Form below and click SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION no later than April 17, 2023.

6. $262.50 is due no later than April 17, 2023. Make check payable to Diocese of Jefferson City and mail to Diocese of Jefferson City, 2207 West Main Street, Jefferson City, MO 65109. Balance of $262.50 is due no later than May 22, 2023 (mailed to same address). Electronic payment can be made by clicking:
