IMPORTANT: Form 3: If a parish/school cannot increase salaries in any given year, or meet the 1% requirement towards the 85%, with aspirations of moving toward 90% parity, it must provide a written statement with supporting financial documentation to the DEEF Board explaining its financial hardship in order to remain eligible for a distribution of funds.

DEEF Verification Form 3 – This report MUST be completed and submitted by August 30, 2024 to insure timely issuance of the DEEF distribution in October, 2024.
