From the North: Follow US-54 W / US-63 S across the Missouri River bridge. Take the first exit and turn right onto West Main. Follow West Main 1.5 miles to the east side of St. Joseph Cathedral. Take a left onto the Cathedral parking lot between the Carmelite Monastery and the Cathedral. The Catholic Center is straight ahead.
From the South: Follow US-54 E into Jefferson City. Take the exit for US-50W to Sedalia. Go 1 mile to the Dix Road exit. Turn right onto Dix Road and go .5 mile to West Main. Turn left on West Main and go .4 mile to the east side of St. Joseph Cathedral. Take a left onto the Cathedral parking lot between the Carmelite Monastery and the Cathedral. The Catholic Center is straight ahead.
